Hello! We want you to know that you will receive your order within (4-7) business or working days after order confirmation. Your order will normally leave our warehouse on the day it is shipped and not on the day the order is placed (It may at certain times).

Once your payment is authorized, it may take up to a day or 2 to process your order. It may not include holidays or weekends. For eg: If you place an order on Monday morning, after authorization and verification, we will ship it from our warehouse by Tuesday or Wednesday. You will be notified with an email about the logistics carrier that has been used to ship your order. You can track it through 'Track My Order' option in the Footer.

Your order requires a signature of the receiver, so make sure there is someone there to receive and sign for it. If for any reason there is no one to receive it, you can inform to drop it with a neighbor, but for that, you need to inform the courier service provider about the same. If none of the two is possible then the courier will re-arrange your delivery, but that will happen only once whichever day is convenient to you.

Good news: You can place an order that needs to be sent to a different address. For eg: You are in Delhi and you need to send a gift to your friend (who is in Mumbai) on her birthday or any occasion or just like that, you can choose some awesome product from Hipcastle and send it to her address in Mumbai. Never mind -- here's the good news: We accept returns!

For full refund minus shipping charges for most items in new condition, you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

All we ask is that the items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags-on, so that we can sell them again :)

Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.

  • Re-pack the item in its original packaging, with labels and tags still attached, as you had received them.
  • Original bill or receipt must be enclosed. We will not accept returns without the original packing slip.
  • Items should be returned in the state they were delivered.
  • It shouldn't be worn, damaged, torn, altered, washed, and should be clean and in its original state. 

* Please help us save on waste by reusing the clear plastic bag and original outer packaging.

Are there any charges for returns? 

  • No. It's completely free of charge. You have 14 days to return anything that isn’t quite right for you. 

 

 

 

REFUND

 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (depending on the condition of the product).
  • If and once you are approved, then your refund will be processed. For payments funded with a bank account, the refund is credited to your bank account. Payments funded by a credit or debit card will be credited respectively within 5 - 20 Business days.

 

Cash payments (COD) will be refunded to?  

We would love to refund either by means of a Voucher of the same value (minus shipping charges), which you can use anytime you wish to buy some awesome stuff again or just refund into your bank account -- As per your choice :) You can let us know your preference.

    Exchange is subject to availability -- We cannot guarantee the availability of the desired size needed by you in exchange.  

    In any case, there is no size available at the time you want your purchased item to be exchanged -- Don't fret about it, We are here to help you. At suzh times, we can give you a Voucher of the same value of the item you had purchased and want to get exchanged, which you can use for your next purchase :)
